We would like to introduce a case of repair and regeneration of a main seawater pump casing equivalent to scrap that we conducted. The damage to the pump was severe, and we considered replacement; however, since the delivery time for a new unit would take over four months, a repair for reuse was required. The available construction period was one week within the dock maintenance period, and we proceeded with the work. Repairs were carried out within the requested timeframe, ensuring not only the shape but also the strength necessary for long-term use. Introducing the renovation work due to the aging of the acid washing tank at the ironworks, with a production period of 4 days and a work period of 20 days!

We would like to introduce a case study of PVC lining work carried out by Kansai Chemical Co., Ltd. at a certain manufacturing facility. The existing acid washing tank was experiencing issues with shape deterioration and peeling due to erosion.
